Kinda stuck. Nobody will tell me where to go from here! Or at least, not in enough detail to actually do it. Also, the chatroom? We're both on.

Not really. I pretty much ignored it. I had already done everything you had, except for turning on the light. That was about the only helpful thing about it . Still, that was helpful. You really need to use the Training patch to try to learn walljumping better. There's a spot - those vertical platforms that are 3 tiles high and spaced at intervals - where I designed it to match up for walljumping without the high jump boots. It's spaced to match what you need there. Practice a little.

Good thing it was at least a little helpful. And for my walljumping, I think I will use Training to help get better. I can also practice at the outer wall of the maze in the ship room. I'm thinking of practicing infinate bombjumping as well because I'm not that good at that either....

Well, the only times when bomb jumping could be forced-required is if you enter a room, the door seals grey behind you, the walls are lined with spikes, and you don't have the space jump. That's it. Lol. ;D. That'd be interesting to incorporate...

Your infinate bombjumping room is still not an infinate bombjumping room. Let me make some changes to the room that you forgot to do: *removes freezable enemies* *moves ice beam for ten rooms after this room is cleared* *removes platforms that are between the spiked walls* *removes crumbling blocks so can't bounce up crumbling blocks with springball* *changes floor so there's not enough room for even a short charge with speedbooster* *removes water and lava, so gravity jump is not possible*
There, NOW we can call this room an infinate bombjumping room....

It's a simple, empty room, with nothing in it except spiky walls, a grey door at the start, and the door at the end. And a roof and a floor.

Whew, I teleported myself out of that infinate bombjumping room and back to Cliffhanger and now I'm really in trouble.... I'm fighting Ridley with seven E-Tanks, 45 missiles, 15 super missiles, and I have a total of 5 power bombs. Ridley has me for breakfast.... Are power bombs and pseudo-screw attack useful here?? Plus, what's your prefered strategy against your favorite boss?? (Edit) Actually, dodging would probably be the best strategy and I was able to make Ridley red once so I got to keep at it.

Well, save-states are your friend here. First, shoot a whole bunch of supers at him, making sure you get him every time so none go to waste, while dodging, and then fire as fast as you can at him with missiles. If you run out of those, use power bombs, and as a last resort, use the charge beam. Btw, if he picks you up, I've found that if you just hit the jump button, he always drops you. At least, with my control config. Btw, metroid thingies for me ;D.

Well, during the Ridley battle I accidently hit save when I meant to hit load just as I was dying. The only thing that was able to save me from having to start all over again from the beginning was the ZSNES video I made, in which I decided to go back and do some item hunting. Now, I have 85 missiles, 10 powerbombs, and 9 E-Tanks. I am now better prepared for the Ridley battle.... ;D Hmm, perhaps I should make a video of my battling the two pirates before that boss....

Keep the save button waaay away from the load button... Wise words of wisom ;D lol. Anyways, I'm now back at the ship. Apparently, there are a couple of gates in Elderidge I need to go back to. Not sure which entrance I should be taking... Tell me when you beat Ridley. I'm way to far ahead of you lol .

I think for now, I'll practice shooting at Ridley with a charged plasma beam taking no damage using savestates.... Maybe I could do that until he turns redand go from there.

Or, even better, you could even go until he's dead! .

Last couple days have been a little busy. I am still Ridley's stooge taking punishment as I question and challenge his authority. I'll beat him sooner or later....
Question: Have you been proceeding or have you been waiting for me to beat Ridley?? Just wondering....

I'm waiting. I've made it all the way back to the ship, and I'm just hanging out, waiting for you so we can figure out together where to go next.

Yay, Ridley started to turn red yesterday and now is seeming to move faster as I attack with the charged beam with no damage using savestates and slowdown!! I might just save the missiles for the next boss battle, although with Draygon I'm hoping for the fun grapple kill, whether that one is next or not.. *continues to attack Ridley*

But we've already beaten Kraid.... Besides, I've never done the Kraid quick kill before. But with practice I think I might be able pull it off in the hacks you can though. Yay!! I've earned three cookies!! Now, I still can't get to the x-ray because it looks like I'd have to do the speed-charged version of mockball.... Not sure if I should give up on the x-ray or not....

Well, with the x-ray, you just have to diagonal shinespark. Just hold r (or whatever you have replacing it), and jump. You'll make it up, you you first have to totally finish the bottom row, and jump from as far right as you can. Not sure where we should go next...
I just had a mild idea. What about making a hack in which you remove all the bosses, and instead, put in a boatload of strong enemies and force you to fight them in a really tiny space? Wouldn't that be terrible? ;D You need a laughing Smily, lol.

Sorry for double-posting, but in case you marked it 'read', it'll show up as 'unread' now. We've both beaten Ridley, and I assume you're back at the ship, so where do we go next? I'm cunfuzzled. (sorry, but that's the closest I could find). I've kind of stopped Cliffhanger, because I was waiting for you.
